Refund Policy

This policy follows Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act and covers returns for our online and local services.

1. Pre-Made Apparel & Blanks

  • Returns: Return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (shipping not included).

  • How: Email info@printsinajiffy.com with your order number and reason. We’ll give you a return address—you pay return shipping unless it’s our mistake.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of us getting it back, to your original payment.

  • Defects: If it’s damaged or wrong (e.g., wrong print), we’ll replace or refund it fully, shipping included—send us photos.

2. Custom Embroidery % Printing

  • Final Sale: No returns or refunds since it’s made just for you, except as below.

  • Our Errors: If we mess up (e.g., wrong design printed/stitched), we’ll redo or replace it free. Email info@printsinajiffy.com with photos within 7 days.

  • Your Files: No refunds for issues with your uploaded design (e.g., low quality)—we stitch what you send (we match colors as close as possible, no guarantees).

3. Cancellations

  • Pre-made apparel and blanks can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering info@printsinajiffy.com. After that, they’re in production.

  • Custom embroidery can’t be canceled once we start stitching– Usually 5 hours after payment.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping isn’t refunded unless we goofed (e.g., sent the wrong item).
