At Printsinajiffy, we’re committed to getting your gear to you fast and hassle-free, whether it’s pre-made apparel, quality blanks, or custom embroidery crafted. Here’s how shipping works:

1. Shipping Times
  • Pre-Made Apparel & Blanks: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days across Canada. Delivery depends on your location—expect 1-5 additional business days for standard shipping.
  • Custom Embroidery: Each piece is stitched locally and takes 2-5 business days to complete, depending on design complexity. Once ready, we will contact you.
2. Shipping Costs
  • Pre-Made Apparel & Blanks: Calculated at checkout based on $15 flat fee!
  • Custom Embroidery: Shipping costs are quoted with your order approval. Local pickup in Vaughan, Ontario is free—just bring your order confirmation.
3. Local Pickup
  • Available for custom orders.
  • We’ll email you when it’s ready (within 2-5 business days). Pick up, please contact info@printsinajiffy.com to arrange a time.
4. Tracking
  • All shipped orders come with a tracking number emailed to you once they leave our hands. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for updates!
5. Delivery Details
  • We ship via trusted carriers across Canada. Once your order is shipped, it’s in their hands—delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are out of our control, but we’ll help resolve any hiccups.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. Inspect your package on arrival and report issues within 7 days.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, email info@printsinajiffy.com with your order number—we’ll track it down.
  • Damaged items? Send us photos within 7 days, and we’ll resolve the issue (see our Refund Policy).
