Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your use of the Printsinajiffy online store and our custom embroidery service, based in Vaughan, Ontario. By ordering, you agree to these rules.

1. Using Our Services

  • You need to be 19+ (Ontario’s legal age) or have parental consent to order.

  • Don’t upload designs that break laws, offend, or use someone else’s copyrighted work without permission.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Pre-made apparel and blanks are fulfilled online and shipped across Canada. Custom embroidery is done locally.

  • Prices are in CAD, including Ontario HST. Pay at checkout or via invoice for embroidery.

  • We can refuse orders (e.g., if they seem shady).

3. Intellectual Property

  • Pre-made designs come with a personal use license when you buy.

  • Your custom embroidery designs stay yours—we just use them to stitch your order and won’t reuse them without consent.

4. Shipping & Pickup

  • Pre-made, embroidery and blanks ship in 2-5 business days. Local pickup is available for embroidery in Vaughan, Ontario. Delays from shipping partners aren’t on us, but we’ll help sort it out.

  • Items are your responsibility once shipped.

5. Liability

  • We’re not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed events) beyond Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act limits. Our max liability is your order’s cost.

6. Law

  • Ontario, Canada laws apply. Disputes go to Vaughan courts.
